The article analyses the achievement of the program purposes of political parties through the effective activity of party groups in local councils of deputies. During election campaign of 2014 all four political parties registered in Uzbekistan participated in elections to Zhokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, councils of regional, Tashkent city deputies. Following the results of elections political parties received sufficient representation in Zhokargy Kenes of the Republic  of Karakalpakstan, all regional and Tashkent city councils and created the party groups which were in accordance with the established procedure registered at the first sessions of local councils, according to article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About political parties".

Despite change of number of deputies of parties following the results of elections of 2014 a ratio of representation of political parties at the regional level in comparison with elections of 2009 didn't undergo essential changes. So, Liberal-democratic Party of Uzbekistan kept leadership, People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, Democratic Party of Uzbekistan  "Milly Tiklanish" and Social-democratic Party of Uzbekistan "Adolat" go the following.

The analysis shows that all parties carried out a number of practical steps on improvement of scheduling of the party groups in local representative bodies of the government.
